Job summary

Innovation Learning seeks a Resilience Coach to support students at multiple school sites. The role is an active, hands-on position combining mentorship, enrichment, recreation, and academic support. You will build relationships, promote resilience, and help students develop life skills in a safe, engaging environment.

Ideal candidates are energetic, communicative, and passionate about youth development. Must be 18+, with clear background checks and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with children in schools, childcare programs, camps, recreation programs, or youth organizations preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for youth development.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
  • 18+ years old and meeting one of: 3 months/455 hours of verified care/supervision of 4+ children or completion of a current Early Childhood Credential Level 1 or higher.

  • Support student check-in, attendance, and dismissal procedures.
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and positive learning environment.
  • Follow all company policies, licensing requirements, and safety procedures.

Global Village Academy/Aurora Campus: Monday-Friday: 6:30AM-8:00AM and 3:00PM-6:00PM

Clara Brown Elementary: Monday-Friday: 6:30AM-7:40AM and 2:40PM-6:00PM

Dartmouth Elementary: Monday-Friday: 6:30AM-7:40AM and 2:40PM-6:00PM

Harmony Ridge Elementary: Monday-Friday: 6:30AM-7:40AM and 2:30PM-6:00PM

Laredo Elementary: Monday-Friday: 6:30AM-7:55AM and 2:30PM-6:0PM

Side Creek Elementary: Monday-Friday: 6:25AM-7:40AM and 2:30PM-6:00PM

Tollgate Elementary: Monday-Friday: 6:30AM-7:45AM and 2:30PM-6:00PM

Vista Peak Elementary: Monday-Friday: 6:30AM-7:30AM and 2:30PM-6:00PM

We are looking for candidates who are available to work all five days week for a full shift, whether it is in the morning or afternoon. We cannot accommodate partial shifts at this time.

Reports To: Head Coach/Site Leadership

Pay: $20-24/hour, based on experience and region

State Specific Requirements:

Candidates must be 18 years old and meet ONE of the following:

  • 3 months/455 hours of verified work experience in the care/supervision of 4 or more children
  • Completion of a current Early Childhood Professional Credential of Level 1 of higher
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to actively participate in indoor and outdoor activities.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout program hours.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally.
