Urban League of Nebraska is seeking a part-time Program Support Staff member to deliver after school and summer activities at assigned sites. You will report to the Site Director and help supervise youth with a focus on safety, engagement, and consistent attendance.

The role emphasizes teamwork, planning, and positive role modeling, with opportunities to participate in trainings and contribute to youth development across programs.

Qualifications

• High school education.
• Associate degree or some college preferred.
• Volunteer or paid experience working with school age children preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and current insurance.

Responsabilités

• Implement program activities as determined by the Site Director.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and necessary training.
• Provide direct supervision of youth.
• Assist in maintaining daily attendance sheets, records and reports.
• Assist in daily clean-up of supplies and materials.
• Be actively engaged through positive interactions with youth.
• Knowledge of children's whereabouts at all times.
• Ability to plan activities.
• Ability to effectively communicate and mentor teens.
• Supervise overnight lock-ins (as needed).
• Other duties as determined by the Site Director.
