Right At School in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Program Manager to lead before/after school programs at Bayless Elementary School. The role supports safety, program quality, and family communication with a focus on engaging children through structured activities.

The position requires MO Center Director Certification, high school diploma, and CPR/First Aid. It offers weekday hours with early mornings and afternoons, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating priorities while delivering quality service to stakeholders.
• High school diploma or GED is required and Center Director Certification is needed by MO regulations.
• Experience working with children and awareness of special needs is preferred.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, visual) with adults and children.

Responsabilités

• Drive program operations and ensure safety and joy standards for participants.
• Verify attendance, behavior policies, safety procedures, and compliance with licensing.
• Communicate effectively with families, partners, peers, and staff; respond promptly within program hours.
• Maintain accurate records for student check-ins/check-outs and attendance procedures.
• Plan and implement daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
