Job summary

Right At School is hiring a Program Manager in New York (Town of Eastchester). The role supports before/after school programming, ensuring safe, engaging experiences for children and families.

You will supervise staff, manage daily activities, and coordinate with leadership to meet program goals. The position offers a schedule Monday–Friday with morning and afternoon shifts, 28.75 hours/week, and a $22.00–$27.00 hourly pay rate based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience juggling competing priorities and delivering quality service to stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with adults and children.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, engaging daily routines and activities for students.
• Maintain attendance records and ensure compliance with policies.
• Engage with families, staff, and partners to support program goals.
• Coordinate with Area Manager to implement program changes.
