Job summary

Youth Guidance in Chicago offers a part-time role supporting before and after school programs. You will supervise students, reinforce program values, and assist the Community Resource Coordinator with curriculum development and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or progress toward degree preferred.
• Ability to understand school policies and program structure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; conflict resolution.
• Experience with after-school or youth programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students in before/after school programs and promote Youth Guidance values.
• Maintain behavioral expectations and follow established procedures.
• Help develop and facilitate before/after-school activities and curricula.
• Assist students with homework and projects as needed.
• Escort students to/from programs according to schedule.
• Distribute program information and promote enrichment offerings.
