Job summary

Play-Well TEKnologies in Boulder, CO seeks a part-time LEGO instructor to teach classes and camps, introducing STEM concepts through hands-on LEGO activities. You’ll engage kids, ensure safety, and keep sessions fun and educational.

Flexibility includes weekday afternoons during the school year and half/full-day camps in summer; compensation includes hourly pay plus setup, drive time, and training, with benefits after meeting hours.

Qualifications

• Teaching/Instruction experience preferred in a youth setting.
• Reliable transportation to storage and settle teaching materials.
• Lift up to 40 lbs to store and transport materials; assist with activities.
• Must pass all background checks as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage each class session, ensuring children are safe, engaged and having fun.
• Comply with Play-Well safety procedures and supervision rules.
• Care for and upkeep of LEGO teaching kit(s).
• Communicate with parents and clients in a knowledgeable, respectful manner.
• Respond promptly to management communications and updates.
