Job summary

Play-Well is seeking smart, creative, and dynamic instructors to teach LEGO classes and camps that introduce STEM concepts and unlock creativity and problem-solving in students. The role includes afternoons after school, part-time hours, and occasional weekend hours, with compensation for all hours worked, including setup and travel time.

Responsibilities include delivering engaging lessons, ensuring safety, communicating with parents, and completing all required training.

Qualifications

• Teaching/Instruction experience preferred.
• Must pass all background checks.
• Lift up to 40 lbs to store and transport materials.
• Reliable transportation a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage each class session, ensuring the children are safe, engaged, and having fun.
• Communicates with parents and clients in a knowledgeable, respectful and tactful manner.
• Adheres to all Play-Well safety procedures and supervision/ release of children procedures.
• Care, safekeeping, and upkeep of assigned LEGO teaching kits.
• Responds quickly to communications from management, by phone, text, email or mail.
