Job summary

Robinson ISD is seeking a Texas ACE Afterschool Worker to supervise students and lead enrichment activities at a Robinson campus (Primary, Elementary or Intermediate). The role provides academic support to close learning gaps and create a safe, engaging environment from dismissal until pickup.

You will implement the Texas ACE Program under the Site Coordinator, coordinate with campus staff and families, and plan age-appropriate clubs and games.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Some college or education-related coursework highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Texas ACE Program under the Site Coordinator.
• Ensure a safe, clean and engaging environment from dismissal until pickup.
• Plan instructional activities reflecting students' learning styles and needs.
• Lead age-appropriate enrichment activities and clubs.
• Motivate and support student behaviors with positive feedback.
• Inspire curiosity through student clubs and activities.
• Be a positive role model and support campus goals.
• Communicate effectively with site coordinator, teachers, parents and students.
• Maintain student records for program evaluation.
