Qualifications

• At least 60 completed college credits or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, instructing, mentoring, or leading youth programs.
• Experience with children or adolescents in schools, camps, or community settings.
• Strong communication, leadership, and group-management skills.
• Dependable, organized, and professional work habits.
• Knowledge or training relevant to enrichment subjects.
• Applicants from diverse educational and professional backgrounds are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction.
• Prepare instructional sessions using provided curriculum or activity plans.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment with supervision.
• Encourage participation and adapt instruction to diverse ages and abilities.
• Maintain classroom management and supervise students.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and Concorde Education.
• Follow school policies, site procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Arrive prepared and on time for all sessions.
