We are expanding our network of instructors with backgrounds in education, technology, STEM, the arts, athletics, academics, skilled professions, and other specialty areas for current and upcoming independent contractor instructional assignments.

Qualifications

• Combination of subject knowledge, experience with youth, and strong professional skills.
• At least 60 college credits or equivalent experience when appropriate for the assignment.
• Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, or leading youth programs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and group-management skills.
• Dependable, organized, and professional work habits.
• Knowledge, training, or experience relevant to enrichment subjects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction
• Prepare for instructional sessions using provided curriculum, approved lesson plans, or activities
• Create a positive, inclusive, supervised learning environment
• Encourage participation and adapt instruction to students of different ages and abilities
• Maintain classroom management and supervision
• Communicate professionally with school personnel and Concorde Education representatives
• Follow school policies, safety expectations, and emergency protocols
• Arrive prepared and on time for all sessions
