Goodwill Omaha's Adult Education Center in Omaha is seeking a part-time staff member to greet students and assist with basic office tasks at the BPP - 72nd & Ames location.

The role focuses on supporting learners with problem-solving, maintaining a safe environment, and following program policies. The position requires a high school diploma, completion of the Adult Education Center program, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of the Adult Education Center.
• CPR/First Aid Certificate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet students as they enter AEC.
• Share knowledge to help students develop problem-solving skills and make decisions.
• Unlock and lock classrooms whenever school is in session.
• Complete minor office work as assigned.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Become familiar with and follow expectations outlined in the AEC Program Manual.
• Support program staff with setting up and cleaning up facilities before and/or after activities.
• Maintain exceptional attendance.
• Actively maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of employees, customers, and participants.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
