Location: On-Site | New York City
Compensation: $21/hour | 3 Days per Week

Innovation Shades, a window treatment company based in New York City, is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative & Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day operations.
This is a part-time, on-site role—ideal for someone who’s highly organized, professional, and eager to be part of a small company that is actively restructuring and preparing to scale. While this role is task-oriented, it has potential to evolve into something more for the right person over time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phones with professionalism and warmth
• Organize files, track packages, and manage calendars
• Support team logistics and technician coordination
• Handle basic admin tasks (digital and physical)
• Run local errands (e.g., post office, supplies)
• Occasionally assist with personal admin tasks (e.g., calls or follow-ups)
• Help maintain an orderly and efficient work environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Acrobat
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Organized, reliable, and well-presented
• Willing to take initiative and pitch in wherever needed
• Able to thrive in a small team and take ownership of their work
• Clear understanding that the role is entry-level, but with potential to grow
