The STEM Translational Communication Center (STCC) within the College of Journalism and Communications is seeking a highly organized, customer service-oriented Part-Time Administrative Coordinator (20 hours weekly) to provide administrative and operational support. This position plays an important role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day functioning of the center while serving as a welcoming point of contact for faculty, external partners, staff, and students.
The College of Journalism and Communications is dedicated to excellence in education, innovation, and service. The STEM Translational Communication Center is a research center that focuses on interdisciplinary projects designed to advance the quality and clarity of communication for science, health, and environmental issues. The center is comprised of several CJC faculty and offers a collaborative environment where employees contribute to meaningful programs that support STEM researchers, communication researchers, instructors, students, industry experts, and the broader community.
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
High school diploma or equivalent.
