Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Executive Office)

Hours: Part-Time (30 hours/week with flexible scheduling)

Assignment Duration: Mid-June through Mid-October

Pay: $25-$28 per hour

About the Role:

Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a mission-driven organization to find a highly organized and professional Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership and board operations. This is a temporary role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing details behind the scenes, and brings confidence and clarity to executive support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and manage professional correspondence, reports, agendas, and meeting materials
  • Organize and prepare materials for Board meetings, including packets and minutes
  • Maintain accurate records and contact lists for Board members and key stakeholders
  • Schedule meetings for executive leadership, board members, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage Outlook calendar for the CEO, including logistics and prep materials
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person meeting logistics as needed
  • Compose internal and external communications, including thank-you letters and email announcements
  • Assist with inquiries from staff, board members, volunteers, and donors, delivering high-quality customer service
  • Anticipate executive needs and manage priorities with minimal supervision

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 6 years of experience in administrative roles, with preference for C-level executive support
  • Typing speed of 70 WPM or higher
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Zoom
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence and professionalism
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and prioritize effectively
