Qualifications

• Associate's degree in teaching or industry certification with 3 years discipline experience.
• 3 years in the discipline and a degree in another discipline with 18 graduate hours in teaching.
• 2+ years teaching in higher education or 1 year teaching with 3 years field experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver instruction on topics in Workforce Training and Continuing Education.
• Assess and fairly evaluate students' class work and progress.
• Develop curricula and instructional materials like syllabi and handouts.
• Maintain office hours and assist in student recruitment and retention.
• Attend faculty meetings and participate in professional activities.
