Job summary

Northampton Community College is seeking adjunct faculty to teach Electromechanical and Instrumentation Process Control courses at the Bethlehem campus. You will work with the Associate Dean, program staff, and adjunct instructors to deliver hands-on instruction and lab activities.

The position is part-time with courses typically 2–3 hours per class, two classes per week for 14 weeks, on-site at Bethlehem, PA. Three years of industry experience and teaching ability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of industry experience required.
• Teaching or training experience preferred.
• Some formal education or training is strongly desired. College teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct Electromechanical and Instrumentation Process Control courses on campus as needed.
• Coordinate with Associate Dean and Program Manager to plan labs and schedules.
• Ensure lab safety, cleanup, and material preparation.
