Job summary

BayMark Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Program Physician for MA locations (Chicopee, Northampton, Greenfield, Westfield).

Schedule is 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday to Wednesday, admitting patients for methadone and buprenorphine treatment in outpatient clinics. Candidates must be Board Certified or eligible in Addiction Medicine, licensed in MA, with at least 6 months of Addiction Medicine experience, and able to sign off on NP/PA charts.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Eligible in Addiction Medicine.
• Must be licensed in the state of MA.
• At least 6 months of experience in Addiction Medicine.
• Must be able to sign off on NP/PA charts.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Admitting Patients for Methadone and Buprenorphine Treatment.
• Obtain history and physical exam.
• Document into the EMR and entry of dosing orders.
• Monitor dosages with treatment center team and conduct annual reviews.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
