Job summary

BayMark Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Program Physician in Massachusetts. The role focuses on admitting patients to methadone and buprenorphine treatment, with history taking, physical exams, and documentation in the EMR.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to monitor dosages and conduct annual reviews. Qualified candidates are Board Certified or eligible in Addiction Medicine, licensed in MA, with at least 6 months of addiction medicine experience, and able to sign off on

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Eligible in Addiction Medicine.
• Must be licensed in the state of MA.
• At least 6 months of experience in Addiction Medicine.
• Must be able to sign off on NP/PA charts.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Admitting patients for methadone and buprenorphine treatment.
• Obtain patient history and perform physical exams.
• Document in EMR; enter methadone dosing orders or buprenorphine prescriptions.
• Monitor patient dosages with treatment center director and staff.
• Consult on high-risk patients and conduct annual med reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
