Qualifications

• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (AHA) within 90 days unless exempt.

Responsibilities

• Perform musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary evaluations.
• Develop and implement plans of care with measurable goals.
• Discharge planning including home programs and family teaching.
• Document all patient care and maintain required records and statistics.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and department policies.
