Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a part-time Activity Assistant to enhance the quality of life for residents at Oakmont of the Lakes in Las Vegas. You will assist in organizing and promoting activities that foster independence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating activities for seniors and be proficient in MS Office. We offer a variety of benefits including 401(k) and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prefer one year of experience coordinating or teaching activities with seniors.
• Requires a valid Class C license, prefer Class B or a Class C license with Passenger Endorsement.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activity Director in providing engaging social activities.
• Develop and manage Community Volunteers as requested.
• Maintain a safe environment for all staff and residents.
