Job summary

Bridgewater Park Senior Living in Ocala, FL, is seeking an Activities Bus/Van Driver for a part-time role to transport residents to activities, appointments, and outings while keeping safety a priority.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading residents, coordinating with nursing staff, and ensuring documents accompany residents for appointments. We offer competitive pay, a referral program, DailyPay, and regular recognition events.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 years old and have three years of driving experience.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered driver’s license issued by the state.
• Must have a safe driving history and complete a basic first aid course.
• Must pass a driving skills test on hire.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to activities, appointments and outings.
• Load and unload residents and secure them safely.
• Coordinate with nursing staff for residents with medical needs.
• Ensure documentation accompanies residents for appointments.
• Report any changes in resident condition during transport.
