Job summary

The Pines at Placerville is seeking a Part-Time Activities Assistant to join our Activities team. You will help create meaningful experiences for residents through games, crafts, music, social events, outings, and more.

PM shifts and weekends are paid at $19.00/hour, with a welcoming team and supportive environment. Responsibilities include assisting with planning, leading activities, and documentation, while building positive relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, senior living, healthcare, recreation, or activities setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activities Director in planning and leading engaging activities for residents.
• Encourage participation based on interests, abilities, and preferences.
• Provide one-on-one activities for residents unable to join group activities.
• Assist with outings, events, entertainment, and community activities.
• Maintain the monthly activity calendar and document attendance and assessments.
