Park Lane Post Acute in West Chester, PA is seeking a Part-Time Activities Assistant to help run group and individual activities for residents. You will manage supplies, record attendance, and support outings and events. Position is part-time with opportunities to grow within our compassionate team.

The role requires compassion, reliability, and ability to transport residents as needed. Prior SNF experience and familiarity with Point Click Care are preferred.

Qualifications

• SNF experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Point Click Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group activities and encourage resident involvement and chart attendance
• Assist in keeping activity supplies clean and organized
• Assist with one-on-one activities, transport residents to and from activities
• Assist with outings and special events, and other assigned duties
• Other duties as needed
