Job summary

Kaplan is seeking an ACT Teacher to deliver on-site ACT preparation at a local high school. Classes run during school hours from October through March, typically 2–3 times a week, with additional virtual tutoring opportunities throughout the year.

You will receive paid training for content areas and modalities. The role offers a part-time teaching schedule with options to tutor online and collaborate with a remote manager while maintaining work–life balance.

Qualifications

• ACT score in the 90th percentile
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to work independently with a remote manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver ACT content using Kaplan curriculum in an engaging classroom.
• Prepare students for exams with targeted strategies.
• Support student learning inside and outside class.
• Participate in ongoing professional training.
• Teach part-time schedule and connect with colleagues remotely
