Nelnet Business Solutions is hiring a part-time customer service representative to respond to payer/applicant inquiries by phone and email. You will assist with account setup, update information, and educate customers about their accounts.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• Two years of related work experience.
• Preferred: at least 2 years of college/technical school.

Responsabilités

• Respond to payer/applicant inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist with setting up payer/applicant accounts.
• Update demographic and account information.
• Provide information to educate payers/applicants about their accounts.
• Escalate issues and troubleshoot to resolve problems.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality per department policies.
