Job summary

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma and 2–4 years accounting experience, plus proficiency in MS Office. Experience with Prophet 21 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Promote culture of safety.
• Review and resolve internal AP helpdesk tickets.
• Resolve incoming vendor inquiries through the AP Help email inbox.
• Answer incoming vendor calls received in the A/P phone queue.
• Process requests in a timely manner.
• Follow ISO processes and procedures.
