Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite is required.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel.
• Solid understanding of GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly close process and prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Ensure accuracy of the general ledger and reconciliations.
• Review work of bookkeeper / AP / AR (if applicable).
• Maintain and improve accounting processes and controls.
• Support cashflow tracking and basic forecasting.
• Coordinate with the external CPA for tax filings and year-end close.
• Assist with audit preparation (if needed).
• Maintain compliance with GAAP standards.
