Job summary

NC State University seeks a Non‑Tenure Track Faculty Lecturer in Accounting (part‑time, 0.225 FTE) to teach 1 to 3 courses across BSA, MAC, and MBA programs. Responsibilities include content development, assessments, and service to the department and university.

Candidates should hold a Master’s in Accounting or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with 5+ years of teaching or professional work; CPA preferred and online teaching experience valued.

Qualifications

• Masters or equivalent in Accounting, Business Admin. or related field.
• Teaching or professional experience related to assignment (5+ years).
• For non-master candidates, a related bachelor’s with substantial experience may suffice.
• Commitment to student success and program goals at the University.

Responsibilities

• Teach 1 to 3 courses for BSA, MAC, and/or MBA programs.
• Develop and deliver course content and assessments.
• Contribute to department, college, and university through service activities.
