Qualifications

• Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program, majoring in Accounting or Finance.
• Must be currently enrolled and graduating with Bachelor's by Spring 2026.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must be flexible to relocate outside local area/state within 1–3 years for promotions.
• Must have a valid driver's license with limited moving violations.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in early accounting procedures spanning payables, receivables, and financial statement prep.
• Work with rental branches and other departments on reporting needs.
• Assist accounting managers with reports and analysis.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable functions, cash receipts, and petty cash.
• Assist in accounting schedules and filing tasks.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.
