Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or recently graduated.
• Exposure to accounting coursework and basic understanding of U.S. GAAP preferred.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential employee, customer, and financial information.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of the company’s travel and expense reporting system, including reviewing reports for policy compliance and assisting employees with submissions.
• Research and elevate expense report discrepancies when necessary.
• Prepare general ledger account reconciliations with appropriate supporting documentation.
• Assist with journal entry preparation and processing.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities within established deadlines.
• Assist with preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation for external auditors.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested.
