The role introduces you to basic accounting procedures, accounts payable/receivable, financial statement work, and cross-department collaboration. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program and set to graduate by Spring 2026.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program in Accounting or Finance.
• Must graduate with a Bachelor's degree by Spring 2026.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must be willing to relocate outside local area within 1–3 years for opportunities.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and analyses.
• Collaborate with rental branches and other departments.
• Assist accounting managers with reports and schedules.
• Involved with accounts payable and receivable functions, cash receipts, and petty cash.
• Maintain accounting schedules and filing; perform miscellaneous admin duties as needed.
