You will join a 12-week, part-time program (20-25 hours/week) at the corporate office, earning $18 per hour.

Ideal candidates are enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program in Accounting or Finance and intend to graduate by Spring 2026.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program, majoring in Accounting or Finance.
• Must be graduating with Bachelor's degree by Spring 2026.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must be flexible to relocate outside local area/state within 1–3 years for potential promotional opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and analysis.
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments.
• Assist accounting managers with reports, etc.
• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Starting as anAccounting Intern, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist in preparing financial statement & analysis
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments
• Assist accounting managers with reports, etc.
• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash
• Assist in accounting schedules & filing
• Perform miscellaneous administrativeduties as needed

• Must be currently enrolled and graduating with Bachelors Degree by Spring 2026
• Must be at least 18 years old
