Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be an accounting major who has reached sophomore, junior or senior status.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must maintain the highest degree of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records in accordance with accounting policies and GAAP.
• Enter accounts payable/receivable and post general ledger entries.
• Prepare reconciliations and asset operating summaries and internal reports.
• Assist in semi-annual financial statements and variance analysis.
• Respond to inquiries from management about accounting data and projects.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
