Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting from a regionally accredited institution, with documentation in two or more of the listed criteria.
• In-field professional certification (national, regional, or state).
• Two years of in-field professional employment.
• Documentation of teaching excellence, including date of award.
• Documentation of research and publication in the field.
• Additional coursework beyond bachelor's, equivalent to 18 semester hours.

Responsibilities

• Delivers assigned classes in accordance with College policy and course objectives.
• Uses technology to enhance instructional methods.
• Develops/maintains outlines, syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, tests, and materials; maintains student records.
• Engages with students to foster a positive learning experience and implement active classroom teaching strategies.
• Interacts professionally with students and co-workers, follows College policies and campus guidelines.
