Qualifications

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and contractors.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and credentials, logs.
• Observe activity at gates; communicate access concerns and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and parking facilities.
