Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Subject to background investigation per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, drivers, visitors, and vendors while executing site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and delivery authorizations, maintain logs, and restrict unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, access issues, and critical situations, document observations, and notify site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, loading docks, yards, and perimeter areas.
• Support orderly movement of employees, drivers, and commercial vehicles per site policies.
