Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time security professional to support a technology-focused site in Piedmont, South Carolina. You will provide customer service to employees and visitors while enforcing access control policies and site rules.

You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and document incidents, responding calmly to alarms and incidents. Regular patrols and effective communication with site personnel are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Familiarity with access control procedures.
• Ability to respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Experience with patrols and surveillance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry processes, and maintain accurate records in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas, entry points, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership, documenting incidents and completing required reports.
