Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by applicable laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs.
• Respond calmly to access-related incidents and alarms following site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Observe and report unusual conditions or maintenance issues to site contacts and leadership.
