Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer in Walworth, WI to manage access control, monitor entry points, verify badges, and provide excellent customer service. The role emphasizes a visible security presence at a food and beverage manufacturing site and rapid incident response.

Schedule includes Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A high school diploma is required, and a guard card/license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification, issue visitor credentials, and maintain logs.
• Screen and direct visitors, vendors, and deliveries according to facility procedures to control access.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking areas, perimeter locations and exterior access points.
