Qualifications

• At least 1 year of law enforcement or 2 years security supervision/management experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Must be 18+ (21+ for armed roles) and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns calmly and following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; document activities and incidents.
• Communicate with site personnel and emergency responders and report hazards or issues.
