Qualifications

• Provide courteous customer service to employees, visitors and contractors.
• Manage and verify access credentials and badge usage.
• Monitor entrances/exits and enforce site-specific policies.
• Assist in responding to emergencies following prescribed procedures.
• Background checks and drug screening are required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the industrial construction location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor entry records, and following established access protocols.
• Observe access points, vehicle gates, and restricted areas for unusual activity and report security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, work areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
