Job summary

Allied Universal in Little Rock, AR is seeking a part-time Security Officer with Access Systems duties at a fast-paced logistics location. You will manage site access, verify credentials, monitor entry points, and deliver customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.

The role offers flexible schedules (Day Time Fri 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM; Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM) and weekly pay. Prior access-control or badge experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements include badge experience and access control knowledge.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds and comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees at a logistics location by enforcing access control procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, maintain visitor records, direct personnel and vehicles per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document activities per site policies.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare accurate reports and logs related to visitor access and incidents.
