Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Licensing requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and manage visitor entry procedures.
• Respond to incidents and communicate with appropriate personnel per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, loading docks, and perimeter locations.
• Observe and report unusual activity to maintain a professional environment.
