Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Enhanced Part Time Access Audit in Mabelvale, AR. This role offers flexible, reliable hours at a designated site with opportunities to earn more by picking up extra shifts using our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $15.24 per hour. The position supports a fixed anchor shift with a six-month commitment and a program to take additional shifts across multiple sites, ideal for building experience and pursuing a wider schedule.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers while following security procedures and site policies.
• Control access to the location by verifying credentials and monitoring entry/exit points.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner per site protocols.
• Monitor loading areas, gates, and restricted locations and report security concerns.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises and report safety and security issues.
