Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by following access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, logs, and delivery appointments.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate to site contacts or leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Observe and report unusual activity and maintain daily activity logs.
