Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by employment.
• A Guard Card/License preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification, issue visitor credentials, and maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and security concerns in a calm, disciplined manner following site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, production-area perimeters, parking areas and other designated locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Assist with screening inbound and outbound traffic in accordance with site requirements.
