Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors while enforcing site security procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized personnel and deliveries as required.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate contacts or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production areas, parking, and perimeter to identify unauthorized access or safety concerns.
