Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer for Badge Management in Waynesboro, PA. You will manage access credentials, monitor entry points, and document activity to support a secure workplace. The role emphasizes customer service and a professional presence on site.

Schedule includes daytime shifts; pay rate is $16.50 per hour. You will perform patrols, verify visitor logs, and respond calmly to incidents while upholding site policies and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience with access control systems and badge management, including issuing and tracking badges.
• Experience with alarm panel systems is preferred and should include operations, troubleshooting and response protocols.
• Proficiency using computers or tablets for documenting activity and basic software navigation.
• Customer service experience is preferred and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and verify access credentials, log visitors and contractors, and help prevent unauthorized entry at key areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns; document observations and notify site contacts or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior/exterior areas and restricted locations, adapting to client site conditions.
