Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Entry Authorization in West Point, GA to safeguard clients across industries, including automotive facilities. You will monitor access points, verify credentials, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points at an automotive facility, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate access and visitor records.
• Control access for personnel, vehicles, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with established site requirements, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to access-related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
