Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Experience with access control and badge processes is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while following security procedures.
• Monitor and control access points, verify identification, and issue visitor credentials.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the location to identify unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Communicate professionally with store personnel, drivers, vendors, and visitors.
